Working whilst recovering
I have spent my “recovery time” doing pretty much anything but that. I have been working on several projects that will come to light soon. The first Jennadowning.com should go live tonight, just tweaking a few final details….now were did i put my pain killers?
Im in hospital…on my birthday
I got rushed into hospital to fix this apendicits that jummped up on me the other day.
Had to cancel all birthday plans etc as I was having surgery, fail.
Still in hospital, bored.
Video from Las Vegas
I couldn’t sleep last night so i stayed up till 6am making this.
This is not a skate edit as such, Brazil took care of that one for you all (vimeo.com/7409793) just more of a video diary of the happenings over the weekend.
So i made a last minute dash over to Las Vegas for the World Rolling Series Final to see some friends and have some meetings.
Vegas is one of the craziest cities i have visited. Room service, gambling, alcohol, skating and tigers?
Brian Aragon took the World Champ title after a non stop season competing and winning around the globe.
Thanks to everyone who made the trip a great one. Sven, Andy, Dick, Chaz, Kato, Brazil, Kola, Stew, Mike, Brian, Cirque du Soleil guys, everyone.
The Netherlands
I went over to The Netherlands again for a friends birthday, its tradition that we go away somewhere random for his birthday every year. However this was my 5th time in Holland in recent years so was not too psyched about it. Regardless i had a great time and rented peddle boats when we were hungover to see a different side to Amsterdam. I also got to see the Heineken factory and tried 0 degree beer!!! o yeah and i got trapped in a lift at the hotel with 4 guys…it was an experience.
I’m going to try and stay home for a while now, 8 flights in a month is too much for me to handle.

Paris, France - Tony Hawk Show
I made a list minute trip over to Paris (literally - few hours before the flight i booked my ticket). I went over to see the Quiksilver Tony Hawk Show at the Grande Palais. The event it self was amazing, the organisation that must of went into this show was imense. Live Bands/DJ’s/Pop-upshops/VIP Areas etc.
Big thanks goes out to Quiksilver for putting on such an amazing event and supplying us with free Champagne and Sushi throughout the course of the weekend. You can check a video i made from the weekend below and a photo gallery from my trip here.
Dirty Money
Im still undecided on this “Dirty Money” movement from P.Diddy. First time i heard this i didn’t like it, now i keep playing it, i like it…so what im trying to say is, i like it…now.
Las Vegas
I went over to Las Vegas for a few days to have some meetings and to see some friends. Vegas is kind of like Disney World for adults. The trip itself was amazing the city is crazy, we partied hard. The downside was i left Vegas on the Monday, spent a day in Atlanta waiting for my connecting flight then finally got home to England on the Wednesday…jet lag. Big thanks to the Cirque du Soleil guys for hooking us up with tickets and showing us around the city.

City Movements
I love stuff like this, i am a big fan of cities and a bigger fan of video’s of cities…is that weird? I have a thing for architecture and a thing for film, so this ticks all the box’s for me. I even like the Japanese electro.
Temptation
Kid’s are funny. This is a clever video, they put some kids in a room with a marshmallow and tell them not to eat it. If they don’t it eat they get another marshmallow and so on. The results are above.
